Frequently asked questions
OEM, ODM or private label — which should we choose?
Choose OEM if you already have designs or a tech pack, ODM if you have a concept or reference images only, and private label if you want MJCLASS base styles with your label. If you are not sure, pick "Not sure yet" under Production type in step 2 and we will decide together.
Can we start with a sample?
Yes. Pick "Sample development only" under Production type in step 2, or use "Start Your Project · ask about a sample" on this page. Sample cost and the number of revisions are stated in the quote.
Do you take small production runs?
The minimum order depends on the item, fabric and processes. Once our minimum is confirmed it will be listed under Production numbers on this page with its date; until then we answer per item after your inquiry.
How much does a sample cost?
Sample cost and the number of revisions depend on the design and fabric. Send an inquiry and we will include them in the quote.
Do I need to source the fabric myself?
You can send your own fabric, or we can find fabric and trim options and show you swatches.
Can you produce with our brand labels and packaging?
Yes, with OEM or private label we produce with your brand labels, hang tags and packaging. We collect the label files during the consultation.
Do you prepare export documents?
The documents and shipping method depend on the destination country and the terms (Incoterms). Tell us your target market in the consultation and we will set them together.
